**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing specialized help solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement automation tools, and provide exceptional customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement specialized help solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction
* Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your expertise in help design and automation
* Develop and maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge bases to support customer support operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation tools
* Develop and maintain expertise in arenaflex's product offerings, including our help automation tooling
* Provide exceptional customer support, leveraging your expertise in help design and automation to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve the help design and automation process, leveraging your expertise in process improvement and automation

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in technical support, help design, and automation
* Strong understanding of form control tools, including GitHub, Gradle, and Java
* Experience with Spring Boot, GRPC, and Protobuf
* Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their motivations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation and knowledge sharing
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration and process improvement

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Linux, Docker, and Debian/Antiques
* Familiarity with Zendesk or other tagging frameworks for organization
* Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
* Knowledge of and enthusiasm for perceptibility tooling and best practices
* Experience with investment opportunities or value awards as part of remuneration bundles
