**Key Responsibilities**

As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through both on-site and off-site chat channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and accurate support. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner.
* Offering product demonstrations and educating customers on new features and updates.
* Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
* Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement new customer support strategies and processes.
* Proactively communicating with customers to provide status updates and follow-up on ongoing issues.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

**Compensation, Perks, & Benefits**
