**Key Responsibilities**

As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner.
- Offering product demonstrations and educating customers on new features and updates.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement new customer support strategies and processes.
- Proactively communicating with customers to provide status updates and follow-up on ongoing issues.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
