**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join our Woodsville branch team. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to start your career in banking and/or customer service, and we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
* Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
* Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
* Providing account services to customers, including account openings and maintenance
* Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
* Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and personalized experience for our customers
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's proprietary software
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
