Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software development kits (SDKs) and related products for innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
• Build, test, document, and maintain software systems, working closely with stakeholders from Product, Design, and Data Science departments to meet project requirements and exceed customer expectations.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies in projects, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Break down complex technical initiatives into actionable engineering tasks, prioritizing and managing your workload to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to the growth and improvement of the codebase by ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Engage in frequent knowledge transfer and occasionally lead lunch and learn sessions within your area of specialization, promoting best practices and a positive engineering culture.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering organization focused on building large-scale consumer-facing products, with a strong track record of delivery and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming, with at least 3+ years of experience in Unity 2D development and a deep understanding of the underlying technologies.
• Familiarity with mobile monetization and mobile attribution, particularly with SKAN, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in these areas.
• Proficiency in native mobile development (Android and/or iOS), with the ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively analyze complex technical problems and lead implementation.
• The ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, such as TDD or BDD.
