**The Role**

As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring clear, concise, and friendly communication
* Addressing and resolving customer issues or concerns promptly, escalating more complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
