We're seeking motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Virtual Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you'll provide real-time support to arenaflex customers through our chat platform, assisting with everything from order inquiries to resolving issues. **Key Responsibilities**

* **Customer Support**: Deliver prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, services, and account details through chat.

* **Multi-tasking**: Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
* **Resource Utilization**: Use internal tools, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide precise information and solutions.
* **Escalation Management**: Recognize complex or sensitive issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.

**Qualifications**

* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
* **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat-based or remote setting. Experience with e-commerce or technical support is advantageous.
* **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled with computers, web-based tools, and chat software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
* **Typing Skills**: Strong typing ability with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
