Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications
  • Experience in multitasking, phone, and computer skills
  • A wired broadband internet connection with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice
  • Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions and able to fully concentrate on the client during business hours

  • 1+ years of customer service experience via phone or email
