**Your Role on the Team**

As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s). You'll promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners, exercising sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners
* Regularly exercising sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners
* Managing daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations
* Approving trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250
* Proactively remedying any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment-related issues
* Understanding manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products
* Supervising and/or conducting pre-closing meetings, Demonstrations, Celebrations, and 30-day post-close visits
* Reviewing and certifying the completion of each home within their community
* Managing, supervising, and directing all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community
* Conducting field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed
* Being an expert in the community and surrounding area, including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.
* Supervising, reviewing, and resolving the condition of their community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder
* A valid Driver's License with a good driving record
* Valid auto insurance coverage
* Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
* Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills

**Contacts**

You'll have daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants, and homeowners. You'll need to be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements**

You'll need to be able to work in excess of eight hours per day, operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment that may be in excess of 50 pounds. You'll also need to be able to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time to complete paperwork, meet with building partners, and receive/return phone messages. You'll need to be able to work in a construction environment under all weather conditions. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
