**About the Role:**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Providing product and service information, as well as recommendations and solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Computer Requirements:**

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need to meet the following computer requirements:

* A personal desktop computer or laptop with a minimum I5 processor
* 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
* Internet minimum Speed: 50MBPS
* Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
* Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
* 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
* Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
* USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer

**Experience Level:**

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with your technical skills and knowledge, will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
