**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

**Essential Qualifications**

* At least one 15" or larger monitor
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
* Direct Ethernet connection preferred
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
* Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
* Quiet and distraction-free workspace
