Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Maharashtra, specifically within the Tier B City limits, including Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli. This is a seasonal, contractual position that offers a unique chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to our customer-centric mission. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance via phone, chat, and/or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers
  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers with exceptional support experiences
  • Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours, including rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Meet the technical requirements, including a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection

Essential Qualifications
