Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
- Perform executive assistant tasks, including marketing system management, website updates, third-party platform use, content creation, and social media management.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports for clients, maintaining precise time tracking and reporting.
- Participate in regular team meetings and client strategy discussions, leading client meetings as needed.
- Design and implement systems and processes to enhance client experience and workflow efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
