About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that our warehouse is clean and organized. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing inventory, including receiving and stocking products, and monitoring inventory levels
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including cleaning and arranging the warehouse
• Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
