**Day in the Life of a Brand Champion**

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries. Your day will be filled with:

* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing solutions to customers' problems, ensuring one call resolution
* Answering general customer service questions, including service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Be 18 years of age or older
* Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Have previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Be able to actively engage and listen to customers
* Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
* Be able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

**Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements**

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
* Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM
* USB headset with microphone
* Webcam
* Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
