**Job Summary**

As a Work-From-Home Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients' customers across the country. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will make all the difference.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade
* Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
* Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
* Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
