**Key Responsibilities**

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
* Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
* Strong attention to detail and curious spirit
* Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability
* Good communication skills
* 18 years or older
