**What You'll Do**

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

* Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
* Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
* At least one year of previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
