**Key Responsibilities**

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Entering data from images into the data capture system with precision and accuracy
* Utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems to input data in prescribed formats
* Cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry
* Processing payments, preparing deposits, NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing
* Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail, and entering new business as time permits
* Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into the companys ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review
* Reviewing each open ticket to see the outcome from the help desk and emailing responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service

**Qualifications and Requirements**

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer. As a successful candidate, you'll possess:

* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work comfortably on a computer all day
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Familiarity with computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
