Family Law Attorney - Part Time

Iacullo Law Firm is Looking for a Part-Time Family Law Attorney (Remote with Court Appearances)

Location: Orlando (Remote; in-person court appearances required)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This position is primarily remote, with the exception of required in-person court hearings, mediations, and occasional client meetings in the Orlando area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking flexibility while maintaining an active litigation caseload.

Responsibilities
• Handle family law cases from intake through resolution, including:
• Dissolution of marriage (divorce)
• Time-sharing (custody) and parenting plans
• Child support and alimony
• Post-judgment modifications and enforcement
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Attend and argue hearings, mediations, and case management conferences in person
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Provide strategic legal advice and case evaluations
• Maintain accurate case notes and meet deadlines

Qualifications
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Minimum 2–5 years of family law experience (litigation experience preferred)
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent legal writing and communication abilities
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Florida family law rules and procedures
• Experience with case management software and remote communication tools

Schedule & Compensation
• Flexible part-time schedule (hours to be discussed)
• Competitive hourly rate or per-case compensation (commensurate with experience)
• Opportunity for increased hours or full-time transition based on performance

Work Environment
• Remote work flexibility for drafting, client communication, and case management
• Required in-person attendance for:
• Hearings
• Mediations
• Depositions (as needed)
• Support staff available (paralegals/administrative assistance, if applicable)
