Farm Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable farm worker to join our team and assist in all aspects of our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

tPlanting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

tOperating farm equipment and machinery

tPerforming routine maintenance on equipment and facilities

tFeeding and caring for livestock

tEnsuring the cleanliness and organization of the farm

tAssisting with irrigation and watering systems

tMonitoring crop health and addressing any issues as needed

tFollowing all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

tPrevious experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required

tStrong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

tAbility to lift and carry heavy objects

tBasic knowledge of farm equipment and machinery

tWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

tExcellent communication and teamwork skills
