Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote)
Location: Work from Home – U.S.-based applicants only
Pay: $22–$27/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with tracking, delivery, and service-related inquiries

    Resolve concerns professionally and promptly

    Accurately log customer interactions in internal systems

    Stay up to date on FedEx products, policies, and procedures

    Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex cases when needed

    Meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics





Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required

    Prior experience in customer support or contact center preferred

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Computer literacy and ability to learn support platforms

    Ability to work independently in a remote environment

    Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace





Compensation



  • Hourly Pay: $22–$27/hour

    Overtime opportunities available
