Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

define & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth within the KA channel

establish efficient relations with NKA

develop KA strategy & implementation

develop ad hoc Customer plan

define and execute all contract’s agreements 

maximise the listing opportunities for the FHCS product range & promote the listing of newly developed products in major international accounts

Responsible for Top Accounts and negotiations with Top customers

Additional Responsibilities

establish yearly Sales and Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix

develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments

lead and support the distributor in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings

manage Performance of Distributor and prepare regular Business Review Meetings

Interactions (internal & external)

all local employees & country management team

International KAM

large customers

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

university degree

5-7 years professional experience (in an FMCG environment) including active leadership for NKA business (annual negotiations & providing contracts)

fluent English

non-food experience preferable

Specific Knowlegde

strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors

full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate

good understanding key financial figures

strong knowledge of distributor’s business (if applicable)

Specific Competencies

strong business acumen and strategic thinking

strong analytical skills

commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mind-set

strong communication skills and ability to manage change

good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution

ability to work with teams and individually

strong compliance knowledge
