You will develop rolling 3 Month forecast using statistical models and FAP Inputs for 150+ SKUs at SKU-Depot Level for West Branch Traditional Trade Channel. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.

How you will contribute 

 Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your market and to strategy and structure discussions 

Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs 

Liaise closely with Supply Planning team to maximize availability at warehouses; Additionally, own the supply & deployment planning for all child warehouses. 

Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting 

Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool 

Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership 

Anchor the Make-to-order process for select customers by understanding requirements and accordingly arranging supply for them 

Own and run the S&OE process at the market level along with commercial & supply chain stakeholders

Excellent problem solving, analytical and logical reasoning skills and able to understand and interpret data.  

Excellent understanding of Microsoft office applications, Power BI and other data analytical tools 

High-level of SAP competence 

Experience in demand and supply planning in an FMCG/ CPG company 

Team player who can work with multiple functions and manage multiple stakeholders  

What you need to know about this position: 

Developing Rolling 3 Month forecast using statistical models (Moving Average/Swing) and FAP Inputs 

Collaborated with Sales, Central Demand Team to build NPIs & Seasonal trends into Baseline forecast 

Lead Weekly S&OE meeting aligning Field Sales Team & Supply Chain Team for Opps/Risk identification 

\Monitoring Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & Norms to prevent Overstocking/Understocking at Depots/RDs 

Ensuring Supply Availability for SKUs to improve Range across warehouses through Inter depot Movements  

Coordinated with Supply Team to optimize days of cover at all depots & improve Fill rate 

Monitor and control inventory ageing through focused interventions with the central commercial, demand and field sales team  

Achieve Best in Class KPIs targets including Forecast Accuracy and Bias , Customer service level across multiple channel and minimize inventory ageing 

Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including sales, demand planning, and product supply teams  

General Skills / Attributes 

Effective written and oral communication. Actively demonstrates the Mondelēz values and ways of working.  

Self-motivated and drive to take on challenges  

Ability to handle high stake conversations independently  

Eye for detail without losing focus on the big picture 

Education / Certifications: Graduation & MBA certification is required

Job specific requirements: Minimum 2 years of work experience into supply planning
