They are seeking a Field Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain communication with contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring compliance with the projects’ specifications, timeline, and budget
  • Addressing and resolving issues that may arise during the construction process
  • Daily interaction with the contractor and project team to confirm the project remains on schedule and under budget
  • Maintaining detailed records of daily construction operations
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to AR project manager

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree – construction management or civil engineering degree
  • 1-2 years of field experience
  • Ability to interact daily with both the client and contractor on the project
  • Ability to read plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
  • Have good to great organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software such as Procore and P6
  • OSHA 10 or 30 hour training completed
