Field Project Manager (Crane Service)
Description
We’re seeking a driven and organized Field Project Manager to lead and coordinate process crane and modernization projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. You’ll oversee operations, manage timelines and budgets, and support sales efforts related to each project. Requirements

Lead and manage field activities for process crane and modernization projects.
Plan all aspects of a project before execution, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with customers and leadership during the quoting process to clarify goals and expectations.
Identify necessary resources and develop detailed execution schedules for each project phase.
Ensure project quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Travel to job sites for sales, operations, estimating, and customer relationship management as needed.
Perform complex calculations for risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Direct and oversee on-site field crews and subcontractors to ensure job completion.
Maintain oversight of all concurrent project components and conduct stage-by-stage reviews.
Manage and oversee scheduling of projects, ensuring all jobs are reflected accurately in the scheduling system.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project-related paperwork.
Address and resolve customer concerns, reporting potential warranty claims when necessary.
Maintain communication with account managers regarding project-related opportunities and updates.
Provide managerial support, including team discipline and status reporting on project profitability.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required
