Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined San Francisco territory through in-person sales activity
- Build relationships with construction and design professionals who can benefit from the platform
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through follow-up and close
- Maintain strong territory coverage, organize field time effectively, and keep momentum on active opportunities
- Represent the organization with professionalism, energy, and consultative selling
- Demonstrated success in a high-performance sales environment
- Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling
- Demonstrated success in outside sales with strong follow-through and account management
Skills
- 1 to 2 or more years of outside sales experience required
- Strong track record of success in building a pipeline of self-sourced leads
- Comfortable spending substantial time in the field meeting prospects in person
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly coachable, flexible, and open to feedback
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a territory effectively
