The Field Services Group at Fullsteam is a group of SaaS companies that serve field service businesses across a broad range of services including cleaning, HVAC, electrical, pest control, landscaping, and specialty contractors. Our mission is to deliver technology that simplifies operations, enhances customer experience, and accelerates revenue for service-based businesses. FSG operates as a unified team with shared go-to-market strategies, centralized operations support, and coordinated technology investments—while retaining the vertical expertise and brand equity of each business unit.

The Business Intern will serve as a force multiplier for the Field Services organization, supporting the translation of data into actionable insights and accelerating execution across key business priorities. This role is designed to improve visibility into performance, uncover revenue opportunities within the existing customer base, and drive operational efficiency by supporting reporting, analysis, and process optimization efforts. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, the intern will help establish a consistent operating cadence around core metrics, identify trends impacting growth and retention, and assist in advancing strategic initiatives—including AI and workflow enhancements.

This position provides hands-on exposure to a scaled SaaS operation while delivering immediate, tangible impact on revenue generation and business performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Stand up a consistent operating cadence
Weekly reporting on core metrics (ARR, job volume, utilization, expansion signals)
Standardized dashboards used across Sales, CS, and Product
Unlock revenue from existing customers
Identify expansion opportunities via usage and behavior trends
Surface at-risk accounts through early churn indicators
Accelerate 2026 priorities
Provide execution support for AI and workflow initiatives
Track adoption and impact of new features
Improve operational efficiency
Document and streamline core workflows (dispatch → completion → invoicing)
Identify bottlenecks impacting customer outcomes and internal productivity
All other duties assigned

Skills & Competencies:
Analytical & Data Skills
Strong ability to analyze datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) a plus
Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities within customer and operational data
Business Acumen
Foundational understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion) or strong aptitude to learn quickly
Ability to connect data analysis to business outcomes, especially revenue growth and efficiency gains
Comfort working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive self-starter who can take direction and independently drive tasks to completion

Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical coursework or project experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
Demonstrated ability to analyze information and present clear, structured insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving and execution
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred (but not required):
Exposure to SaaS business models or key metrics (ARR, churn, retention)
Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Internship or project experience involving data analysis, operations, or business strategy
Interest in field service industries (home services, facilities, or similar operational environments)
