Field Verifier, Auditor – Part-Time, Seasonal

Job Description:
• Conduct in-field verifications (66%) through travel to farms and in-field locations across North America
• Coordinate data collection and close gaps with producers and partners
• Draft and finalize verification reports and present results to farmers
• Support report review and QA to uphold consistency
• Assist with onboarding and training of technicians and new verifiers
• Identify field anomalies and scoring questions to escalate to the Lead Verifier
• Provide exceptional customer experience during verification and contacts with customers
• Complete special projects for overall improvement of the verification process

Requirements:
• 3+ years in auditing, verification, agronomy, conservation, supply chain assurance, or adjacent field-based assessment roles
• Field credibility across cropping systems and/or livestock systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy
• Comfortable working in a team-based delivery model
