Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Ensure timely invoice reconciliation, collections, and payment tracking across systems.

Oversee vendor payments and payroll payments

Coordinate payment runs and banking operations

Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping inputs

Provide documentation required for tax filings and statutory reporting

Review monthly accounting outputs and reconcile discrepancies

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial reports

Monitor cash flow, revenue, and cost trends

Support preparation of budget vs actual analysis

Assist leadership with financial insights for operational decisions

Financial Process & Controls

Build and maintain financial processes and documentation

Ensure proper invoice approval workflows

Monitor financial data accuracy across systems

Lead the implementation of financial dashboards and reporting tools

Payroll & Operational Finance

Coordinate payroll data with HR and external accountants

Review payroll calculations and ensure correct payment execution

Foreign Exchange Management

Monitor the company’s foreign currency exposure across revenues, expenses, and payroll

Support the development of FX risk management strategies together with the CEO/CFO

Coordinate with banking partners on FX transactions and hedging instruments (forwards, options)

Track currency impacts on financial performance and reporting

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in finance, financial operations, or controlling

Experience working with external accountants / outsourced bookkeeping

Strong understanding of financial processes (AP/AR, invoicing, payments)

Comfortable preparing management reporting and financial analysis

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and English speaking skills

Nice to Have:

Experience supporting U.S. tax reporting preparation

Experience monitoring foreign exchange exposure and coordinating FX transactions
