LHH is seeking a Finance Manager for a growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization. This individual will partner closely with operational leadership and senior finance executives to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, operational analysis, and integration activities across a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong FP&A and accounting foundation, experience supporting operational leaders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including KPI tracking, productivity metrics, and cost management initiatives

• Prepare financial reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

• Partner with accounting during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Assist with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making

• Monitor financial controls, compliance, and data integrity across reporting processes

• Partner with operational leadership and physician groups to provide financial guidance and performance insights

• Support acquisition analysis, financial integrations, and post-acquisition performance tracking

• Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness

• Supervise and develop finance support staff as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

• 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, and/or accounting experience

• Experience within healthcare, physician services, or multi-site operations strongly preferred

• Prior experience supporting private equity-backed organizations and M&A integrations highly desired

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis experience

• Advanced Excel skills with experience managing and analyzing large data sets

• Experience creating executive reporting packages and board-level materials
