Financial Administrator
Eclipse Geomatics Ltd. is an Informatics firm focused on environmental sustainability and community development. They are seeking a Financial Administrator to lead the financial aspects of their programs, including payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and operational reporting.

Skills
- Degree in financial administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent educational qualifications
- 1 year relevant experience working in bookkeeping and/or accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, remittances, and invoicing (experience with Payment Evolution)
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work closely with other team members (local and remote)
- Sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural differences
- Six months experience working with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Simply Accounting, or Xero (preferrable)
- Experience working with a not-for-profit, preferably with charitable status is desirable
