This is a commission-based, entrepreneurial opportunity within an established firm. You will build your own book of business while leveraging QX Financial’s:

Key Responsibilities
• Educate and guide clients through financial planning conversations
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Follow established planning and compliance processes
• Collaborate with leadership and case management teams

Required Qualifications
• High integrity and client-first mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership
• Interest in financial planning, insurance, and investment strategies
• Commitment to building a long-term career

Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, sales, coaching, education, or an entrepreneurial role

Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)
• Previous entrepreneurial or self-employed experience
• Outside or consultative sales
• Coaching, teaching, or advising roles
• Military service with leadership experience
• Competitive sports background
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
