Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep client relationships by leading with empathy and integrity
- Develop new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and client meetings
- Help clients achieve financial security through leading-edge insurance, investment, and mortgage solutions
- Deliver exceptional client service and advice that earns lifelong trust
- Coordinate and manage new business quotes and renewals
Skills
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Sales experience (financial services, real estate, retail, or related fields) is an asset
- LLQP license (or willingness to obtain, we'll support you)
