Mortgage Advice Bureau is the UK’s leading mortgage network, known for its expertise in Mortgage and Protection advice. They are seeking a Financial Transactions Assistant to ensure commission payments are processed accurately, handle commission statements, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Making sure commission payments are processed and reconciled like clockwork
  • Handling imports of commission statements
  • Working with insurance providers and lenders daily
  • Solving email and banking queries with a smile
  • Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone
  • Keeping our banking platform and systems accurate and up to date

Skills

  • Experience in a financial environment (or a keen interest to learn!)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Microsoft Office know-how (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • A sharp eye for detail and great organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
