Forward Deployed Engineer

At Endeavor, we’re rebuilding ERP from first principles for $1B+ manufacturing and distribution companies. These are the real-world operators who keep supply chains moving and the economy running, and they’re buried under decades of legacy software and manual process.

We’re already deploying agentic systems to production in these industrial enterprises so that they can automate critical back-office tasks like sales order entry and procurement. Our stack combines pragmatic full-stack engineering and AI-driven workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end software to solve high-impact, real-world problems
  

  Work directly with customers to understand use cases and deploy fast
  

  Travel 25–50% to customer sites
  

  Prototype new modules and integrate them into messy ERP environments
  

  Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and operators
  

• Build fast and debug faster

  Are equally comfortable pair-programming or sitting in a warehouse interviewing users

  Prefer working from first principles over implementing Jira tickets

  Want exposure to real-world operations and decision-making

  Actually care if your code gets used

  Are excited about working six days per week building something awesome with a tight-knit team

• You’ve started something — a company, a side project, a movement
