Freelance CRM Strategist & Copywriter — Marketing Services

We’re looking for a
freelance CRM specialist
who pairs deep platform expertise with sharp writing chops to help us strengthen client relationships and drive measurable engagement.

What you’ll do
• Build, segment, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for nurture flows, newsletters, promotional sends, and automated journeys
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Partner with account, creative, and strategy teams on integrated marketing programs
• Audit and improve existing CRM workflows for clients across multiple industries

What you bring
• 5+ years of CRM experience, with significant time inside a marketing services agency or similar client-services environment
• Hands-on expertise with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• A strong portfolio of writing samples — email copy, lifecycle content, or campaign work
• Fluency in segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and CRM analytics
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines independently
• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset

Logistics

• Fully remote within the US;
New York metro candidates preferred
for occasional in-person collaboration
• Flexible hours with availability during EST business hours
• 25 hours/week
• $75/hour
