We are scaling a platform designed for self-discovery, shared exploration, liberté créative and real-world connection, with strong ambitions for international growth. We’re looking for an International Growth & Business Development Lead to build market traction through lead generation, partnerships, local opportunity sourcing, and measurable growth execution. You’ll join a founding growth team at one of the industry’s fastest-growing dating and adult social media platforms, helping unlock new growth channels, support market launches, and drive measurable user acquisition.

The role

This role is built for someone who can help grow a market by:

identifying local growth opportunities

generating qualified leads

building commercial relationships

validating local execution

feeding sharp market insight into a central growth engine

You will work across both sides of the marketplace:

Members

Creators, communities, partners, and affiliates

Your job is to help turn expansion into a measurable and repeatable growth system. You will work closely with Central Marketing, especially SEO/CRM, Paid Media, Partnerships, Social & Content + earned media agency, to turn local market insight into stronger acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and resurrection performance. This role brings local market intelligence and execution inputs, while central strategy and channel ownership remain with Central Marketing and specialist agency partners.

What you’ll do

Build and manage a pipeline of local leads across clubs, partners, affiliates, creators, venues, communities, and commercial opportunities

Scout sponsorship and event opportunities that can increase local visibility, trust, and Wyylde member acquisition.

Identify influencer candidates and support local reach-out, onboarding, and market validation with Central Marketing.

Support local market launches and priority events through coordination, validation, and follow-through

Source local partners, creators, affiliates, and ecosystem opportunities that can fuel acquisition, activation, and retention across both sides of the marketplace.

Work with the SEO & CRM Manager to strengthen cluster performance through local keyword research, content validation, campaign feedback, audience insight, and market-specific retention opportunities.

Monitor local product quality and market readiness by flagging bugs, release issues, or friction points raised by partners, creators, influencers, or users, and ensure they are logged in Jira and shared with Product and IT teams for follow-up.

Provide local language, cultural validation, and market input for SEO, CRM, paid media, earned media, partnerships, and content initiatives led centrally.

Track local opportunities, tests, and results with a strong KPI mindset, and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, traction, and market learnings.

What success looks like

In your first 6 to 12 months, you will:

build a strong pipeline of qualified local opportunities

open new partner, affiliate, creator, and business development conversations

contribute to market launch and post-launch traction across acquisition, activation, retention, and resurrection

deliver sharp market feedback that strengthens central strategy

help make international expansion more measurable, repeatable, and scalable

improve cluster-level SEO relevance, local keyword quality, and content-market fit through strong local inputs

help increase CRM and lifecycle performance by surfacing local retention triggers, campaign ideas, and audience insights

Ideal profile

You may be a fit if you have:

4 to 7+ years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships, market expansion, or commercial development

strong lead generation and business development skills

experience supporting growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, resurrection, or lifecycle marketing

a commercial mindset and the ability to spot scalable opportunities

strong reporting discipline and comfort with KPIs

experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, consumer tech, creator platforms, entertainment or growth-led online businesses

experience collaborating with SEO, CRM, lifecycle, or conversion teams

comfort turning market insight into actionable recommendations for campaigns, content, and conversion

Strong pluses

Experience in a two-sided marketplace (i.e. Members + Creators, communities, partners, and affiliates for Wyylde)

Experience across multilingual or international markets

Experience with affiliates, creators, local partnerships, or performance-led growth

Experience in dating, sex tech, adult social media, or creator platforms, with a strong understanding of trust, consent, moderation, and the realities of intimacy-led digital products.
