We are seeking a talented recruiter in the Philippines to help us build our client onboarding and client service team.

Position Overview

The Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting highly qualified candidates for BFG's Philippines-based positions.

This is a project-based role initially focused on recruiting our first Client Onboarding & Client Success Specialist. Successful performance may lead to additional recruiting projects and a long-term partnership.

Source qualified candidates through:

Build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening

Conduct initial interviews.

Evaluate:

English communication skills

Customer service mindset

Professionalism

Assess cultural fit with BFG's client-focused environment.

Candidate Presentation

Present qualified candidates with:

Resume

Interview notes

Salary expectations

Availability

Communication assessment

Recruiter recommendation

Recruitment Coordination

Schedule interviews with BFG leadership.

Coordinate follow-up communications.

Assist with reference checking.

Maintain candidate tracking records.

Initial Project Deliverables

Position to Fill

Client Onboarding & Client Success Specialist

Minimum 15 qualified candidates

Minimum 5 highly recommended finalists

English communication assessment for each finalist

Salary benchmark report

Market feedback and hiring recommendations

Timeline

Target completion within 2–4 weeks.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience recruiting remote employees

Experience recruiting customer service or client-facing professionals

Excellent English communication skills

Strong interviewing skills

Familiarity with online recruiting platforms

Ability to work independently

Preferred

Located in Cebu

Experience recruiting for:

Customer Success

Client Services

Virtual Assistant Teams

Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
