We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, reliable, and types like a pro to help us chat with our customers and reply to emails. No tech skills needed — if you can write clearly, follow simple instructions, and be nice to people, you’re already halfway hired!

✅What You’ll Do:✅

- Reply to customers via chat or email

- Answer simple questions (we’ll give you templates!)

- Keep things polite, helpful, and human

- Let us know if anything weird happens

✅You’re a Good Fit If:✅

- You write good English (doesn’t need to be fancy)

- You’re patient and not easily annoyed

- You can work at least 20 hours a week

- Bonus points if you’ve done support work before (but it’s not required)
