Job Title:
Frontend Developer Level 4 (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) – 4+ Years’ Experience – AI Product

Location: Remote - candidates must be based in India.

Candidates should be available for at least three evening calls per week (India time) to overlap with team members in Pacific Time. We expect selected candidates to join within 2 weeks of the offer.

Salary Range: ₹7–10 LPA, commensurate with experience, location, and overall fit

Overview

We’re building an AI evaluation platform that’s becoming indispensable for AI teams. As a Frontend Developer (Level 4), you’ll craft intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that help our customers assess the real-world business value of LLM models. You’ll work with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind to deliver cutting-edge features, shape our frontend architecture, and solve complex UI and integration challenges with independence and creativity. Your work will ensure the platform’s client-side experience is fast, accessible, and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can think beyond implementation details, and is eager to grow while working with tools like React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, modern state management, and data visualization frameworks.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components using React (19) and TypeScript

Implement user-focused designs using Tailwind CSS

Contribute to frontend architectural planning to ensure maintainable, scalable solutions

Apply independent problem-solving to resolve complex UI and integration challenges

Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers

Handle client-side routing, data fetching, and form logic using TanStack Router, React Query, and React Hook Form

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs in collaboration with backend developers

Participate in code reviews, advocate best practices, and ensure code quality

Must-Have Skills

At least 4 years of professional experience with React.js

Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience with React Hooks and component-driven development

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for styling

Exposure to React Query, React Hook Form, and TanStack Router

Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility best practices, state management heuristics, and frontend optimization techniques

Ability to assess trade-offs in design and contribute to frontend technical design

Testing experience using Jest or React Testing Library

Exposure to Postgres

Bonus Skills

Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks

Familiarity with data visualization frameworks (ChartJS, D3JS, or similar)

Knowledge of Git-based workflows, CI/CD, or cloud platforms like GCP
