Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can also handle Payroll and basic HR tasks.
This is a long-term remote role with a U.S. company.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance
Support basic HR tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employee records)
Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules
Prepare financial reports for management and CPA
Requirements:
5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with payroll and basic HR functions
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
Ideal Skills:
Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Payroll processing knowledge
Proficiency in Excel and reporting
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good written and verbal communication
Effective time management
