• Team of ~30 professionals

• Average recruiter tenure approaching 10 years

• National footprint across 9 states

• Strong retained search practice as well as Professional Services across the country

• Deep internal database

• Support infrastructure including sourcing, marketing, and leadership involvement

This is a TRUE Full Desk role.

You will:
• develop business
• recruit talent
• advise clients
• build long-term relationships
• own outcomes

We are not looking for resume pushers.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful.

Compensation:

Guaranteed salary + performance compensation (six-figure+ opportunity)

We are fully remote.
