About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our agile team on a fast-paced, time-critical web application project. This role involves building both the responsive frontend using Angular 18 and Kendo UI and the backend Web APIs using .NET Core 8 and Entity Framework. The candidate will be expected to follow industry best practices in security, accessibility (including testing via LambdaTest), and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular 18 and Kendo UI, ensuring mobile and cross-device compatibility.

• Backend Development: Build and maintain secure, scalable .NET Core 8 Web APIs using C# and Entity Framework Core.

• Full Stack Integration: Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.

• Database Interaction: Work with SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, and managing schema changes.

• Accessibility & Cross-Browser Testing: Use LambdaTest to ensure accessibility compliance and cross-browser functionality across devices and platforms.

• Security Best Practices: Adhere to OWASP Top 10 standards and implement secure coding practices throughout the stack.

• Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend components.

• Agile Development: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and collaborative task execution.

• Version Control & CI/CD: Use TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control and collaborate on build/release processes for continuous integration and deployment.

• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, contribute to documentation, and uphold high-quality development standards.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend:

o Expertise in Angular 18+ and Kendo UI with strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

o Experience building responsive web applications optimized for mobile and desktop.

Backend:

o Proficiency in .NET Core 8, C#, and RESTful API development.

o Experience with Entity Framework Core for data access.

Database:

o Proficient in SQL Server including T-SQL, performance tuning, and database design.

• Accessibility & Testing:

o Familiarity with Lambda Test for cross-browser and accessibility testing.

o Understanding of WCAG guidelines and best practices for accessible UI.

Security:

o Practical understanding of OWASP Top 10 security principles.

Dev Tools:

o Experience using TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control and work item tracking.

o Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile tools such as Jira.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

• Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying web applications to IIS or containerized environments (e.g., Docker).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centric development.
