Full Stack Product Manager - LATAM + REMOTE + BENEFICIOS - Contract to Hire

Remote, USA
Posted Jun 13, 2026
Full-time

This isn't a typical PM role where you just push tickets and attend meetings. We're looking for a Full Stack Product Manager who bridges strategy and delivery, speaks both business and tech, and treats products like you own them—because you will.

You'll own the entire product lifecycle for our Innovation House products and high-impact agency client projects, reporting directly to our CEO.

What success looks like:

You'll define what gets built, when, and why—backed by data and user insights, not politics or busywork. In your first 3 months, you'll actively manage 3-4 products through full development cycles, shipping features that move key metrics.

In 6 months, you're the trusted PM authority—clients request you, engineering respects your judgment, and the CEO relies on your strategic input.

In 12 months, your products are measurably more successful and you're mentoring others.

How this role fits into our organization:

You'll be the central orchestrator across engineering, design, marketing, and business teams. We're an Innovation House that bridges strategy and execution—we don't just advise, we build, deploy, and scale. You'll work on real products generating real revenue and thousands of MAU , not just client deliverables that disappear.

We're remote-first, Latin-founded, and in accelerated growth phase.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision and roadmap for Innovation House products and agency client projects—make the call on what gets built, when, and why

Manage complete product development cycle: write PRDs engineering teams understand, define user stories/acceptance criteria, lead sprint planning, prioritize backlog

Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams: drive daily collaboration, manage project planning (Notion, Slack, Linear), ensure accountability and clear timelines

Conduct user research yourself: weekly user interviews, usability testing, validation studies, A/B tests with Posthog, behavioral data analysis

Speak engineering's language fluently: evaluate technical feasibility, understand architecture trade-offs, make informed decisions on APIs, databases, infrastructure, write SQL to analyze data - you will work in tandem with the CEO on this

Lead AI agent deployment: scope and manage realistic AI agent implementations to enhance operations (key emerging responsibility)

Act as central hub: lead client conversations, manage stakeholder expectations, translate business requirements to technical specs and vice versa

Own product metrics and outcomes: define KPIs, track performance, understand unit economics, support GTM planning, present results to leadership

Qualifications:

5+ years product management experience, ideally in high-growth startups or tech companies

Strong technical foundation: understand modern tech stacks (APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure) deeply enough for credibility with developers

Data-driven decision maker: proficient with analytics tools (Posthog, Mixpanel, GA4), can write SQL, run experiments and A/B tests

Proven ability to ship products that move metrics: retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency

Hands-on research experience: conducting user interviews, usability testing, validation studies (not just consuming reports)

Excellent communication skills: fluent in both business and technical language, can lead client conversations and manage stakeholder expectations

Project management mastery: Notion, Linear, Slack, Jira—manage multiple parallel initiatives with clear accountability

Fully up-to-date with AI trends and agents: ready to scope and lead AI agent deployments

Self-directed with high autonomy: thrive in startup environments, make decisions without formal authority

FLUENT SPANISH - mandatory

FLUENT ENGLISH (written and spoken) - mandatory

Located in Latin America (Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico preferred)

Previous founder experience or startup background (strong plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly: Up to $2,200 USD based on experience and capabilities

Performance-based bonuses tied to product metrics

Flexible PTO policy

Remote-first with flexible working hours

Professional development budget

Direct access to CEO and leadership team

Work on real revenue-generating products

Tools & Stack:

Product Management: Notion, Linear, Slack, Figma

Testing: A/B testing platforms, usability testing tools

Tech Stack Understanding: Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, APIs, cloud infrastructure

AI Tools: Cursor.ai, Claude, autonomous agents

Working Environment:

Remote-first, Latin-founded company with distributed team across Latin America and beyond. We combine 15+ years of founder-led experience with a focus on AI-augmented workflows. You'll work alongside highly skilled professionals who intelligently adopt AI and autonomous agents as core tools.
