**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Meeting with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process
* Ensuring accurate entry of customer contact information
* Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
* Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face
* Exceeding targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
* Resolving customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
* Assisting the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
