We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Customer Support Agent who can confidently handle daily tasks such as responding to client emails, handling incoming calls, and making outgoing collection calls.

📞 Make collections calls to recover account receivables
✉️ Respond to client support emails promptly and professionally

📋 Assist with general support tasks as needed
💡 Required Skills & Experience
🗣️ Fluent English speaker (written & spoken)
🧰 Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
🖥️ Experience using Monday.com or Zendesk
🤝 Strong negotiation skills
