What You'll Do:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization

Use AI-powered SEO tools alongside traditional methods (ChatGPT, Surfer, Clearscope, etc.)

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data

Collaborate with content and development teams on implementation

Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices

Contribute ideas to improve our overall organic growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

Proven SEO experience with measurable results (include case studies/examples)

Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy

Experience with AI-powered SEO tools and how to integrate them into workflows

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Someone who genuinely enjoys SEO and wants to continue improving

Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly

Full-time availability only – no side clients, no part-time arrangements
