The Role

We're seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with strong frontend expertise to join our team and take ownership of critical features across our entire platform. You'll work on our NextJS/React web interfaces, React Native mobile apps, and AWS-powered backend services. A key project will be our content moderation system and community administration tools—requiring both sophisticated user interfaces and robust backend processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces using TypeScript, NextJS, and React

  Implement UI components following our shared design system using Tailwind CSS

  Collaborate with designers to implement detailed Figma designs with precision

  Build APIs and backend services that power our content curation and moderation systems

  Develop content moderation pipelines and AI-powered content classification systems

  Deploy and maintain services within the AWS platform

  Use GraphQL with React-Query for efficient data fetching and state management

  Contribute to our shared component libraries, design tokens, and icon systems

  Write clean, maintainable code following our BiomeJS linting and formatting standards

  Participate in our CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and NextJS in production environments

  Expert-level skills with Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems

  Experience working with GraphQL APIs and data fetching libraries like React-Query

  Experience with AWS platform and serverless deployment

  Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript in backend contexts (Node.js)

  Experience with Python for data processing and/or API development

  Understanding of modern frontend build tools and workflows

  Comfortable with GitHub Actions and continuous integration processes

  Experience implementing designs from Figma with high fidelity

  Ability to work with shared code packages across web and mobile platforms

• Experience building community platforms, social networks, or content aggregation sites

  Previous work on content moderation systems or AI-powered content classification

  Understanding of graph databases (Neptune or neo4j experience preferred)

  Knowledge of caching strategies and implementation (AWS ElastiCache)

  Experience with high-transaction / large concurrent user environments

  Track record of scaling systems from early-stage to production-ready

  Experience implementing effective monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

• Experience with Expo, React Native and mobile development (iOS/Android)

  Knowledge of specific AWS services (ECS, Neptune, SNS, SQS)

  Understanding of graph databases and message queuing systems

  Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices patterns

  Experience with AI/ML integration in frontend and backend applications

  Previous work on transparent moderation systems or community governance tools

  Contributions to open-source projects or design systems

  Experience working on larger scale products (>300k monthly active users)
