Full-time

Our project portfolio is growing - and so is our engineering team! As we prepare for upcoming and future projects, we are expanding our team through an ongoing recruitment process.
We are looking for Junior Software Engineers who are familiar with at least one modern technology stack (Java, .NET, or TypeScript/Node.js) and are eager to grow, learn new technologies, and develop as well-rounded software engineers.
If you are passionate about software development and want to build high-quality solutions in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Who will you work with?
We build software that powers the energy transition, from EV charging platforms and smart grid integrations to renewable energy management systems. Our clients include utilities, OEMs, and startups across global energy markets, and the problems we solve sit at the intersection of complex system integrations, real-time data, and scalable cloud architecture.
Sounds interesting? Great! Let’s get into the details.
Requirements:
Junior-level commercial experience in software development (> 6 months)

Familiarity with at least one of the following technology ecosystems:
Java 17+ with Spring / Spring Boot

C# with .NET / ASP.NET Core

TypeScript with Node.js

Understanding of HTTP protocol

Basic knowledge of REST API design

Knowledge of programming principles and design patterns

Experience with unit and/or integration testing

Working knowledge of SQL databases

Strong English communication skills (B2+), both written and verbal. You'll be working directly with international clients and cross-functional teams, so clear communication is essential.

Nice to have:
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Basic understanding of asynchronous communication and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, or cloud-native solutions)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity with Docker and containerised applications

Exposure to Kubernetes

Experience with NoSQL databases

CI/CD pipelines knowledge

What you’ll do
Discover, design, and implement technical solutions across the full development lifecycle

Implement new features from requirements through to production deployment

Tackle real software engineering challenges, including system integrations, performance optimization, and working with industry-specific protocols

Collaborate daily with other engineers, stakeholders, and clients

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Grow into a versatile software engineering consultant with deep domain expertise in energy and electromobility

Take on increasing ownership over time, with a clear path toward technical leadership and mentoring roles
What We Offer:

Real, meaningful work. Our projects directly support the energy transition, and the engineering challenges that come with them are anything but trivial.

An environment for ambitious engineers. You’ll be challenged and supported in equal measure, with a clear development path and regular feedback to keep you growing.

Mentorship from experienced engineers and consultants who've been where you're heading.

Hands-on exposure to modern cloud architectures, distributed systems, and complex integrations from day one.

A collaborative team that shares knowledge openly and genuinely cares about collective success.

What we value just as much as technical skills is an engineering mindset:
You care about code quality and maintainability, but you also know when to move fast and when to slow down and get it right.

You are comfortable with change and ambiguity and can navigate new domains.

You have a client-first mindset and can build long-term partner relationships, not just deliver features.

You take initiative: mentoring a teammate, shaping a technical decision, or improving how we work.

You naturally share knowledge and learn from others.
